Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with 333 Half Evil. We want you to be happy with your order — here is how our returns and refunds process works.
Return Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached and be free of stains, odors, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Accessories, including rings, chains, cardholders, and key holders, once removed from packaging
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
