Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you updated by email.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location within the USA. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once a package leaves our facility, but we are happy to help track down a delayed order.

Incorrect Address
